Steve's expertise and knowledge in the electronic transaction industry has resulted in long-term relationships with all the major financial institutions in Canada and the US and he is widely acknowledged as an expert in electronic processing.

Michael Loftus

VP Operations

Michael has been with Tender Retail since 1993 and is responsible for our company's daily operations including product development, programming and customer management. Michael has been responsible for creating the Tender Retail training module for our customer base and is actively involved in new areas of development and technology.
