Steve Brook
Steve has been responsible for new technology development and the overall operations of the business since the company's inception in 1985. Steve's expertise and knowledge in the electronic transaction industry has resulted in long-term relationships with all the major financial institutions in Canada and the US and he is widely acknowledged as an expert in electronic processing.
Michael Loftus
Michael has been with Tender Retail since 1993 and is responsible for our company's daily operations including product development, programming and customer management. Michael has been responsible for creating the Tender Retail training module for our customer base and is actively involved in new areas of development and technology.
Sachi Morris
Sachi joined the Tender Retail team as Channel Marketing Director in 2003 and has been the primary point of contact for our Reseller and Partner channels. Now as VP, Business Development, she oversees the Account Management Team – which includes VAR Management, Project Management, and Certification/Support. Sachi is also responsible for Tender Retail’s Marketing initiatives and corporate identity.
Carla Deganutto
Carla joined the Tender Retail team in 2009. She is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with Merchants, Value-Added Resellers and our Strategic Partners within the Eastern Region of Canada. Carla brings a wealth of knowledge from the Partner perspective.
