The Beer Store is the primary distribution and sales channel for beer in Ontario, operating 436 stores and servicing 17,000 licensed bars, hotels and restaurants, as well as approximately 600 government-owned LCBO retail outlets.

The Beer Store has been a customer with Tender Retail for approximately 4 years and was first drawn to Tender Retail because they wanted to offer alternate payment methods (debit) to their customers. Tender Retail offered the Beer Store a ready-made method to incorporate debit processing.

The Beer Store, when faced with the formidable task of changing banks, again turned to Tender Retail. The flexibility of their solution allowed minimal impact.

Recently they have converted from 3201 to TCP/IP, again the flexibility of the Tender Retail solution has shown through. The Beer Store says we have turned to Tender Retail three times and three times they have always succeeded.
