PCI compliant, EMV certified, stable, secure and almost infinitely adaptable, Merchant Connect Multi (MCM) is the middleware solution of choice for thousands of mid-and-high-volume retailers in every vertical across North America.

MCM is designed with the knowledge that every infrastructure is different and ease of integration is paramount – it can be installed as either a multi-threaded server-based switch or installed directly on the POS as an integrated DLL component. Compatible with both Windows and Linux operating systems, MCM is fully load-tested to meet the most rigorous requirements of any major national retailer.

As with all Tender Retail products, our commitment to simple integration and multiple platform support does not detract from the functionality of MCM. It supports all major card types including credit, debit, private label, loyalty and gift programs – while allowing the retailer to select the payment processor of their choice and handling all aspects of the transaction process: PIN pad interaction, communications protocol, bank specific message processing and certified receipt formatting. It can even support instant online credit applications, dynamic currency conversion and e-commerce payments.

In addition, the interface allows for simplified monitoring and advanced remote management, while instant online log files and color-coded alerts allow for preemptive client support. MCM also allows simple configuration of information specific to each POS station and new POS terminals can be added and activated while the server is still running.
